We provide strategic planning, technical architecture, and project management consultation.
We work on custom projects tailored to client needs, with scope defined through mutual agreement.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project completion.
Clients must ensure they have the right to use all content, images, and materials provided to us.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
Clients agree to pay all fees according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.
We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, designs, or frameworks used in the project.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Any third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Most projects require a deposit before work begins, typically 30-50% of the total project cost.
Payment schedules are defined in project agreements and may include milestone-based payments.
Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or late fees as specified in the agreement.
Deposits are generally non-refundable. Refunds for completed work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Fees for completed work and expenses incurred are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to terminate projects if terms are violated, payments are not made, or client behavior is inappropriate.
Upon cancellation, clients must pay for all work completed up to the termination date plus any termination fees outlined in the agreement.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or platforms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
